Welcome to the University of Arizona!
The Graduate and Professional Student Council would like to extend a warm welcome to incoming Graduate and Professional Students! As a new student, Graduate Orientation is your first comprehensive introduction to some of the most important resources that the University of Arizona has to offer. GPSC is here to help you find the resources you need and to support you in your educational pursuit. We hope that you engage with students within and outside of your college during live socials, and connect with deans and organizations through live information sessions. The resources and connections you take away from Graduate Orientation will serve as a foundation for your post-baccalaureate pursuits that will help you excel in your educational endeavors. Orientation Information:
Location - Student Union Memorial Center (SUMC), Grand Ballroom (3rd floor)
8:30am - Check-in for International Students
9:30am - Check-in for Domestic Students

Event Details:
- Date: Thursday, August 21, 2025
- Check-in Time/Location: 8:30 am (for International) and 9:30 am (for Domestic) in SUMC Diamond Atrium (3rd floor)
- Event Time: 830 am (or 9:30 am for domestic) lasts until 2PM
- Location: Student Union Memorial Center (SUMC), Grand Ballroom (3rd floor)
Incoming Summer/Fall 2025 main campus graduate students have been invited to register for the event and should register in GradStart as soon as possible. Students must have created their NetID before they can access the registration form (instructions are included in their invitation).

How do I enroll in Graduate & Professional Orientation 2025?
New graduate students must register to attend at the link provided in their Welcome Letter.
*Returning students should write “retuning graduate/professional student” in the comment section of the form.
