Graduate Orientation 2022 - Save the Dates!

Welcome to the University of Arizona!

The Graduate and Professional Student Council would like to extend a warm welcome to incoming Graduate and Professional Students! As a new student, Graduate Orientation is your first comprehensive introduction to some of the most important resources that the University of Arizona has to offer. GPSC is here to help you find the resources you need and to support you in your educational pursuit. We hope that you engage with students within and outside of your college during live socials, and connect with deans and organizations through live information sessions. The resources and connections you take away from Graduate Orientation will serve as a foundation for your post-baccalaureate pursuits that will help you excel in your educational endeavors. Together we are stronger, together we are the University of Arizona.

A full schedule of events and more information about presenters in the Graduate Orientation 2022 Program will be available soon.

Orientation Information

How will orientation be delivered this year?

This year we will be holding a Kick-Off and Resource and Informational fair on August 12th, from 2:30-7:00pm at the Student Union Memorial Center (SUMC) South Ballroom. This will be an in-person event. Toward the end of the Kick-Off, we will be holding a special faculty and student led panel aimed at finding ways to help students to succeed while in graduate and professional school.

On August 17th, we will be holding Graduate Orientation from 8:00am - 12:00pm in Centennial Hall. Orientation this year will also be live-streamed and recorded so that it can be watched afterward.
